I wanted to let other customers know my thoughts on buying a refurbished item. Earlier on in the year I bought a brand new S20 plus, for nearly £900, unfortunately I lost it, the insurance gave me £500 so I tried some other makes of phones including the oneplus 8 pro, and realme x50 5g, which are both great phones and can be bought for under £600, However I have got to the point in my life, where I just don't want to compromise if I spend five hundred plus quid on a phone, I sent all the others back shortly after receiving them as they just can't do what a Samsung S series does. I was a little but worried about buying an expensive product second hand, When it arrived, 3 days early (fantastic), My worries. were laid to rest, the phone is. spotless, I can't see any marks on it anywhere, I've set it up and tested it, with every bit of testing software there is, and it performs aswell as my previous new one, You'll see from the pictures that it came in the proper box with a fast charger and cable, which was a bonus, (as some of the new phones from Samsung won't come with a charger), I have the reassuring fact that Amazon make it clear if you are not happy with the refurbished product it can be returned just like anything else, so I'm very happy, The one thing you do have to be aware of is the Phone's battery, as it can be an issue when you buy a second hand phone, thankfully this ones battery is at least as good as my previous new one, So if you are deciding whether to try and buy a refurbished item, I can only recommend you give it a try, I'm not going to go into detail about the phone, as there are plenty of brilliant reviews on here and YouTube
