The phone came in perfect shape. No sim card. Used my current phones sim card and SD card and moved them into the Note 8. Called Verizon from home and they got it working within 10 minutes. Very impressed with this phone. Beautiful, not a mark on it. Looks brand new. Box had plastic on it, I was just shocked that the phone itself didn't have a protective piece of plastic on the screen to pull off but there were no scratches.
