I loved the condition it was in, practically new. Only thing wrong was the battery discharged so quick.A full charge would only last 2 hours or less on the contrary it charged very quick within an hour with rapid charger.Looks great. Was able to set it up. 10 minutes later the screen started having issues. So kind of a waste of money. The reviews are pretty accurate, sure it cheaper than new, but you get what you pay for.It is like a brand new phone = excellentThe phone had a moisture detection alert on it right when I got it, and we can't even charge it. I had gotten a couple refurbished phones on Amazon before that were good, but I guess you can't win them all?This was a replacement for my wife's phone, which was the same model. The price point was more than fair for a renewed / refurbished phone. The s9 was packaged extremely well, & the phone was in near perfect condition! Battery life is to manufacturer specs. We are impressed & extremely pleased with this purchase! Swapping the SIM card & using the Samsung Smart Switch app were almost effortless.
