There are no scratches, dings, dents, or other signs that this was a used phone.The things people should know about buying a phone this way are, first, read the description and know what you will and won't get. I knew I would need to go to Verizon, get a sim, and get service transferred. Second, you probably won't get any manual or documentation. I found a manual online.I love this phone. I have fun with the S-pen. The camera is amazing. I posted a photo and people thought it was by a professional. I have so much memory and I can add more. Battery life is good. Iam very happy with my purchase.
