TLDR: It's a refurbished product, but you cannot tell at all! I have not seen a single quality discrepancy from the new product, which is owned by a family member, and this product, which is owned and used daily by me.This product is a great way to get the Samsung S7 Tab's keyboard and cover for a more reasonable price.The cover for the tablet is a godsend. I previously had a case that did not have a pen cover, and this proved to be my undoing many times. I lost the pen repeatedly, and when I found it, I'd connect it to the side and not the back. I did this because the cover I used a flap that covered the side I could connect the pen to with magnets, while the back of the case where the pen is supposed to charge was very exposed and it could easily knock off. The pen cover on this case is perfect, it allows me to charge the pen and removes all the anxiety of potentially losing the pen. The stand on the back of the tablet is great, it hinges without issue and stays in place perfectly.The keyboard works great, the keys are responsive, and the touchpad is easy to maneuver. The ports where it connects to the tablet are perfect, the three 'prongs' that actually insert into the device connect without issue and disconnect smoothly as well with minimal resistance. The magnets that keep the tablet connected to the keyboard are great, I can hold the tablet and the keyboard doesn't disconnect or fall off.The only thing I don't like about the product is the location of the screenshot button. It is located right next to the backspace key on the right-hand side. There is a learning curve for people who type quickly, as it is very easy to accidentally tap on the screenshot button. As someone who averages about 70-90 words per minute, this can happen quite often and hinder your workflow. But this is something that can be easily avoided through practice overtime. Don't let this comment hinder your decision to buy this product.Overall, I definitely recommend this product, it works great, and I have not run into any technical issues.
