Apart from a few days' delays from Amazon in authorising my order, the seller shipped my phone off with the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm service. Ordered in Excellent condition, and received in Excellent condition. Just a few dot marks on the corner sides, but can hardly even tell or see unless you focus on them. Speed of the phone is top notch. Battery health has been tested to 96.6%, even though the minimum needed was only 80%. Phone lasted me 16.5 hours on my first full day of use with about 7h screen on time. Anticipate this to climb a little higher once all the background processes and backups ease off. Looks and feels premium and does what it says on the tin. Easy to use and fully functional.My only points of feedback would be for Amazon and the seller to have better communication to avoid delays. And if a delay is anticipated, then to inform the customer and keep them in the loop. Otherwise communication can get misinterpreted and then come across rude between each other.All in all, a great deal and great product ?
