It came with a new battery and is exactly like new in appearance and function. Couldn't be more pleased!This case caee looks, feels, and functions nicely. I like its texture along the sides. It has protected against a couple drops all ready.I needed a small phone, but this phone isn't exactly what I wanted. I will use it until I can find a better one.Is early so I cannot carry too much because refurbished can break at anytime. But so far so good. Thought it would be easy and I'm sure in time I will get used to it but there are a lot of differences and I miss a lot of the features I was used to on my Motorola. All in good time I guess.
